Kiss wounds of sorrow and release
Feel your grief, a deep feeling. Emotions that you are unaware of or have repressed make their presence known through physical bodies and events. Many recurring events are caused by thoughts that accompany emotions that remain in the subconscious. Choose to “feel” the sadness to make your reality happier. By attending to your true feelings, your stiffened heart will unravel and joy will return to your heart. Sadness, which is love transformed, when released, brings out its counterpart, joy. If there is something you have left unnoticed and neglected, be brave enough to face it. Grief is a cleansing of the heart. It will give you the strength to climb up from the bottom, not the bottom.
