Acceptance as it is
Acceptance means to receive the presence or event of the other person as it is. There is no need to be OK with the event or the other person. Accept the event or person as they are without denying or evaluating them. By simply accepting the event as it is, the event will move in the direction it should go. In a relationship, the other person will feel safe to open up and show their true feelings. Also, as you learn to accept your anger and resentment without suppressing them, you will be able to express and purify your emotions appropriately. You will be able to accept not only your positive self, but also your backward self, such as wanting to slack off or take a break, and your self-esteem will increase. Let’s try self-acceptance. Your kindness and love will blossom and life will become easier to live.
