Anger burns everything out. Whether you choose to lash out in anger or to accomplish something, every action you take in response to that impulse will come back to haunt you. Practice using your anger. If you are not satisfied with the status quo, acknowledge that anger and use it to improve the world outside. Anger is a barometer of who you are. As long as you use it correctly, you will do well. It is also said that anger is a secondary emotion. Often there is a different emotion hidden underneath the anger. Look at why you are feeling anger. Most of the time, it is a reaction to a wound or trauma that is inside of you in response to the outside world. Be courageous and talk to your inner self.
